: first night with sleep emF grounding seems easy to assess Robert,The setup arrived in the mail, yesterday, and although I was initially alarmed about sleeping ,plugged into the wall(would lightning kill me?),I tried the EMF electrostatic reduction experiment, that you suggested, in the hopes of relieving constant harassment,from bedroom,nighttime visitors and repeating the successful experimentation,with others so troubled, that you reported to me,months ago. I used a one- pronged ground plug(6$) with an attached alligator clip cord(four feet), clipped onto a length of conductive cloth(2 foot long by 1 foot wide;15$),wrapped around my pillow and under my cheek.The material was soft and linen like. I was attached to the grounding of the house. This was my first test,last night .Although,all day, I felt the characteristic burning,connecting touch of negative,unseen energies,( always more strongly and waiting for me,bedside),the feeling uncharacteristically dissipated when I got into bed and into this grounding sleeping posture. Up during the night only to check that i was making skin contact with the grounding set up, I felt their energies drain away from me. I slept peacefully and I recalled no bad dreams or suffocating,cyclically imposed images and awoke dubious but unusually refreshed. Tonight's,night two.
